- TrekGo is not liable for delays or modifications to planned activities caused by natural events, weather changes, environmental factors, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for travel delays affecting scheduled programs; activities may be adjusted or cancelled if timely arrival at destinations is not possible. Trip provider's decision will be final in such circumstances.
- Trip leaders may modify itineraries as needed based on current conditions to ensure participant safety and experience quality.
- All bookings are final - confirmed registrations cannot be modified, exchanged, cancelled or refunded once payment is processed.
